Personal Data Processing Policy

This processing policy applies to the website www.unisofay.com.

The policy specifies the treatment of personal data, in particular when browsing the website, but also when providing other services or advertising messages.

      1. We are a company - a legal entity doing business, unisofay s.r.o., with registered office at Meziříčská 169, 768 61, Bystřice pod Hostýnem, ID No. 22328114, VAT No. xxxxxx (pending allocation).
      2. We operate the website www.unisofay.cz.
      3. To provide our services, sell goods and operate our website, we process some personal data.
      4. The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").
2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
   1. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
      1. If you enquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly via the enquiry form. These are: identification of the goods requested and their characteristics or the person of the buyer (including name and e-mail address).

           • We will contact you through them to further discuss the goods and services.
         • On what legal basis?
           • This is processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - negotiating a contract or carrying out pre-contractual measures at your request.
         • How long will we process the personal data?
           • Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.
   2. Processing of personal data in case of purchase
      1. If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing data: identification of the goods ordered, the purchase price, the person of the buyer (including name, billing address, delivery address) or the method of payment of the purchase price. In addition, such information may be a specific characteristic of the goods or a customization of the goods.
         • For what reason?
           • We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract - to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details about the status of your order, or about complaints or queries you may have.
             We will also process the personal data to fulfil our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes or to deal with complaints).
         • On what legal basis do we process personal data?
           • The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - performance of our legal obligation.
         • How long will we process personal data?
           For the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter for a period of 10 years from the last time such service was provided or goods were supplied.
3. WHO GETS ACCESS TO THE DATA
   1. Your data stays with us. However, there are some companies or other people who work for us who get access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:
      • Shoptet, the operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., with registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25 395),
      • companies involved in the dispatch of goods (TopTrans, PPL, DHL, GLS, Česká pošta, Zásilkovna, Radek Hradilík - carrier),
      • e-mailing service provider (Leadhub),
      • providers of advertising systems (Heureka.cz, Meta Platforms (Facebook), Google (Alphabet), Seznam.cz),
   2. We process personal data only in the European Union.

   2. Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.
